Color is the soul of sleepwear. The clients visited our fully automated pigment mixing equipment and standardized color matching laboratory. We strictly control the color formulation and dyeing process for all core fabrics, including bamboo fiber, modal, and cotton, ensuring that color fastness, color consistency, and environmental standards fully comply with EU and Middle Eastern import requirements.

All color matching is executed by professional technicians using precision equipment to eliminate chromatic aberration (color difference). We also offer bespoke color customization for global wholesale orders. The head of the dyeing plant engaged in deep technical exchanges regarding quality inspection standards with our British clients, marking the successful collaboration with a commemorative photo.

Our loungewear and sleepwear collections support a wide range of personalized custom printing services. In the printing sample showroom, our sales team accompanied the British client to explore a large variety of finished printed samples, including trendy patterns, classic floral designs, and customized styles tailored for European, American, and Middle Eastern markets.

Supported by advanced printing technology, our products feature vivid and dimensional prints that are resistant to fading and cracking, with excellent pattern reproduction accuracy. This allows us to precisely meet the personalized style demands of different wholesale markets worldwide. The finished garment processing stage is the key to ensuring final product quality. In the sewing and packaging workshop, the clients inspected our standardized bulk production sewing lines and finished product packaging processes.

All sleepwear products are carefully crafted by experienced technicians with standardized workmanship, featuring neat stitching and refined craftsmanship to ensure durability and premium garment appearance.

What impressed the clients most was our Japanese-imported needle detection machine. As widely recognized, Japan’s textile inspection standards are among the strictest in the industry. We introduced professional Japanese needle inspection equipment to conduct 100% full inspection on all finished products before shipment, strictly eliminating potential safety hazards such as broken needles or metal contaminants inside garments.

After needle inspection, our QC team performs a final manual inspection and standardized packaging process to ensure every exported sleepwear and loungewear product is safe, compliant, and of premium quality.
